Move strong. Learn with fun.
In our Teens class, young people discover how varied training can be. They learn fundamental movements, work on strength and endurance and gain experience with their own bodyweight and different pieces of equipment.
Every class is coached, planned to be age-appropriate and adapted to the participants’ experience. Clean movements, controlled load and enjoying training together are at the heart of it.
Move, lift, run, jump.
In the Teens class, young people get to know movement patterns that matter in many sports and in everyday life. These include squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, running and jumping.
The exercises are taught step by step. Depending on the content, the teens work with their own bodyweight, medicine balls, jump ropes, light dumbbells, kettlebells, PVC pipes and technique bars as well as other age-appropriate equipment.
Weight and complexity are only increased once the movement can be performed under control.
What the teens train
Movement technique
Understand first, then progressThe teens get to know basic positions and movement sequences. Our coaches explain, observe and give direct feedback.
Strength
Move resistance under controlStrength training happens with bodyweight or easy-to-handle equipment. The load is chosen individually.
Endurance
Pace your effort sensiblyShort workouts, running, rowing and other conditioning tasks build a feel for pace, rest and one’s own effort.
Coordination
Connect movements togetherJumping, throwing, catching, balancing and changing movement tasks challenge body control and focus.
Technique before weight. Progress before comparison.
Young people bring different sporting backgrounds and physical starting points. That’s why not everyone automatically trains with the same weights, reps or exercise variations. Our coaches make sure that:
Our guiding principleIt’s not about comparison with others, but about each teen’s own development within the group.
How a Teens class works
Arrival and briefing
The coach introduces the session and explains which movements and focus areas are coming up.
Warm-up
Games, mobilisation and first movement tasks prepare the group for training.
Technique or strength
The teens learn a new movement or deepen a familiar one. Controlled repetitions and clear feedback are the focus.
Workout or team task
A short, age-appropriate workout combines several exercises. Depending on the day, it can also include a partner or group task.
A shared finish
The group winds down, tidies up together and briefly talks through the class.
Well supported from day one.

Who is the class for?
The Teens class suits both young people (aged 10–15) who already do another sport and those who have found little joy in classic club sports so far. No prior experience with CrossFit, strength training or a barbell is required.
The class can be a good fit if your child wants to explore varied movement, enjoys training in a small group, is looking for a complement to another sport, wants to try coached strength training or prefers varied tasks over just a single sport.
