The length of one class varies from 60 to a maximum of 75 minutes and includes a holistic supervision including a mobility and cool-down part specially designed for each training session. Our classes are held in small groups with an experienced trainer.

After the coordinated warm-up and mobilisation, there will be a strength or skill part. During the WOD portion of class we focus on completing a certain amount of sets / a certain amount of rounds of one or several exercises within a certain time frame.

CrossFit is varied, challenging and scalable for everyone. No matter the age or state of fitness everyone does the same or similar training. A coach will always be there to ensure that you work within your own range of abilities.
