You want to start CrossFit but have never trained with a barbell before? Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics movements like pull-ups, push-ups, or toes-to-bar are new to you?
With our trial month (EUR 139) you can attend a total of 9 classes within 4 weeks and test our class offers. You can finde an overview of our class types here.
What’s the best way to start?
- Week 1: Weightlifting (Thursday, 5 pm) and Gymnastics (Tuesday, 7:20 pm / Thursday, 6:10 pm) – there’s no intense workout here; we focus on refining your technique
- Week 2: Weightlifting and Hyrox/CrossFit (check out the schedule or ask us), Strength (Monday, 6:10 pm / Daturday, 10:20 am)
- Week 3: CrossFit (check out the schedule or ask us)
- Week 4: CrossFit (check out the schedule or ask us)

Option 2: Personal Training (1:1)
Do you want to gain confidence in performing CrossFit movements? Or are you looking for an even more in-depth introduction to the fundamentals of our sport? Then our On-Ramp PT is the right choice: You schedule 1–3 individual sessions with your personal trainer and learn the fundamental movements of our sport.
