Food that fits your everyday life.
Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated – but it should fit your life, your training and your personal goals.
In 1:1 nutrition coaching we build an individual plan for you and support you in putting it into practice. Instead of a rigid one-size-fits-all solution, you get recommendations built around your everyday life and habits.
Practical, not complicated
No list of banned foods and no restriction for its own sake: it’s about meals that taste good, fit into your day and genuinely support your training.

What would you like to work on?
More structure in everyday life
Build an eating routine that fits your working hours, your family life and your training week.
Support your training properly
Align your meals, energy intake and timing more closely with your training load and athletic demands.
Change your body composition
Work towards your personal goal with a clear, understandable nutrition structure – without short-term extreme programmes.
Change habits for the long term
It’s not just the plan that counts, but putting it into practice. In coaching you discuss what works, where obstacles come up and which adjustments make sense.
How your personal plan takes shape
Getting to know you
To start, you talk through your goals, your everyday life, your training and your current eating habits.
Individual planning
On that basis, a personal nutrition plan – or concrete nutrition guidelines – is created to match your situation.
Personal support
Throughout, you review your progress, open questions and challenges. The plan can be adjusted whenever needed.
Tailored to youThe exact process, duration and scope of support are agreed with you personally before you start.
You don’t always need a full programme
Initial nutrition consultation
Clarity on a specific questionWant to review your nutrition, clarify a specific question or get an initial professional assessment? In a single consultation we analyse your current situation together and develop concrete next steps for your everyday life.
Ongoing support afterwards is possible, but not required.
Make progress visible with InBody
In future we’ll be able to work with an InBody scale to track your progress even more precisely. It makes changes visible that a regular scale often hides. Single appointments are available for this too, independent of any follow-up coaching.
Personally supported by Isa
Isa builds individual nutrition plans and personally supports her clients in putting them into practice. It’s not about perfect eating or rigid rules. Together you develop a structure that’s easy to understand and realistic to fit into your everyday life.
You don’t get a list of forbidden foods, but a structure you can actually work with day to day. And when a week doesn’t go to plan, you look together at why and what can be adjusted.
Personally supported by Lars
With Lars, flexible, everyday-friendly nutrition is at the centre. The goal: you gain lasting control over your nutrition and reach your personal health and fitness goals – without rigid rules.
Instead of labelling foods as “good” or “bad”, you work with calorie density, nutrient content and satiety. That way your nutrition adapts to your everyday life – not the other way round.
Flexible dieting instead of bans▾
Foods aren’t split into “good” or “bad”, but viewed by calorie density, nutrient content and satiety. Vegetables and protein-rich foods take centre stage – without anything being off-limits in principle.
Tracking that makes you independent▾
In the first few weeks you learn to estimate calories and macronutrients. The goal isn’t endless counting, but a feel for the right amounts – so that in the long run you’re confident even without an app.
Progress & regular check-ins▾
Weight as a weekly average, progress photos if you like, and check-ins every few weeks: that’s how we see whether your plan fits and fine-tune calories and macros to your goal.
Nutrition doesn’t need a fresh start. It needs a plan.
Drop us a quick message about what you’d like to work on. Our nutrition coaches will get in touch to discuss the next steps and how the coaching could work.
